Job Details
As a Sales Associate, you will be the engine of our growth, driving the adoption of Techlift’s cutting-edge digital services—including web hosting, mobile/web app development, branding, and cybersecurity—across the market. This is an exciting, target-driven role for a proactive individual eager to forge relationships and deliver tailored digital solutions to businesses looking to transform their operations.
You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closure, and contributing significantly to the company’s expansion goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of digital services and the ability to articulate their value to diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients in need of digital solutions.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor on their digital transformation journey.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market feedback, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology, IT, or digital services sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of the digital services landscape (web, mobile apps, and cybersecurity).
- High energy, self-motivated, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
