Job Details
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Techlift’s core digital projects, from sophisticated mobile/web app development to large-scale cybersecurity implementations. This role is central to ensuring that our innovative ideas are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
You will act as the crucial link between our development team, management, and clients, ensuring clear communication, proactive risk mitigation, and efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for a highly organized leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketing) to ensure effective task execution.
- Manage client expectations and communication, providing regular updates on project status.
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven working experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the information technology sector, specifically managing software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- A diploma in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
